I just got my yellow fogs installed today. (first attempt one of the bulbs was defective; had to order some replacements.) Anyways I had it done at the dealer (worried about breaking clips on bumper). They charged me an hour labor but I'll cover it with my credit card rewards.
During the process the bumper was removed three times over two visits; defective bulb only showed itself after a couple of minutes so they removed the bumper to diagnose it. I always watch, mostly curiosity, but I pointed out that 4 clips on the bumper were broken. (the first two on each side under the headlights) So I asked if that was covered by warranty. All the service managers were gone for the day; they will be in touch tomorrow. But I'll get a new bumper regardless, since it was done by dealer. I'll keep you all posted on the warranty situation. Honda should reevaluate the flimsy clips.
