Watch out for bad drivers on snowy roads.
As far as the car goes, keep up on the scheduled maintenance and change the transmission fluid every 15K if its an automatic.

Good Luck

Change the timing belt if it wasn't done at the 105k mile interval, spark plugs too possibly (every 30k). Tranny fluid every 30k is good enough. Fluid isn't going to fix a flawed design. Use only Honda fluid, get it from the dealership.

Watch for excessive oil consumption and/or leaks. These cars tend to use a little oil between changes. I keep a guart of 5W-30 in the trunk.

Look at your hoses, if they're original plan to replace them all. I've already had 4 go out on me along with the radiator between 131k and 141k. Not fun!

Make sure you read your owners manual at some point. It is a small but highly beneficial tool that will help you be very educated about your car. Pay close attention to the types of fluids it requires. You can do plenty damage if you don't.

Also, look around the motor for oil leaks. The Valve cover is prone to leaking, along with the oil pan, distributor o ring, and the p/s pump. Hopefully your engine is nice, clean and oil free though!

The air filter is very easy to check/replace on these cars. It's in a black box by the battery, and all you have to do is pop 4 clips off to look at it. Good luck!

Thanks! will definitely look into all those things. So far the car's been ok, i just notice that it sometimes vibrates a little when its over 120kms/h on the highway. Could it be the tires? or the alignment? But for normal speeds, its seems perfectly fine. And one more thing, i noticed that everytime I start the car, I hear a short squeaking sound coming from under the hood, any ideas? i mean, it could be the belt ,or it could just be me, but it's better to know, right? Thanks again

It's probably the belt slipping on a cold start. When I first replaced mine it did this until it wore in I suppose.

OR. If it's old, it may be loose. Feel them and check for excessive play as well as wear/cracks. Oil on the belt can als cause noise.
