Hi,
The headlight (low beam) on the passenger site of my 05 Accord V6 went out this morning. Now I am reading some odd stuff about removing 'fender lining' to get to the bulb. Is that really necessary, or is there an easy way to do this.
Thanks,
Milo.

You should be able to easily reach the passenger side from under the hood. The driver's side is another matter. I find it easier (done it both ways) to just pull the battery for the driver's side. But you should be in good shape to get to the bulb on the passenger side without pulling the fender liner.

pulling the fender is easiest. took me 15 minutes to read the manual, pull the fender, take bulb out, put bulb in, and push the pins back.

Thanks, yes, it was actually very easy to get to the bulb from under the hood. No idea why they make it look so complicated in the manual. There is no need to rip anything away from under the fender.

Wait until you have to replace the driver's side.

I did it by removing the battery, it's easier in my book.
