wasup, i just bought a 97 accord ex wagon. super clean, f22 vtec. this is the first accord ive ever owned. ive built a civic, an integra and a crx in the past. i missed working on a honda, let alone drive one. so it feels good to be back in the honda scene.

Got a 94 EX Wagon Myself. There is a Accord Wagon Forum online as welll...you will be surprised how much one might put into pimping out their station wagon. Is your 97 sporting a factory color? Never seen a Wagon that color before. I am looking for a black wagon as we speak,I would even take a 5 speed. My current wagon is the dark green with an automatic,and has this idle issue that I can't seem to figure out. Other than that,its fine.

The fifth generation is definitely one of the best, if not the best generation of Accords out of the eight. I must admit, though, I have no experience with the wagons..

IMO, Gen 3, 4, and 5 are the best Accords. While bigger, roomier, plusher, and more powerful (and more expensive), the later generations are quite DIFFERENT from the earlier, in terms of personality and performance. You can FEEL the differences when you go down the road! :)

If I want big, comfy, smooth, and powerful? I've my new (to me) '02. :thmsup: :yes: If I want a "pocket rocket," with instantaneous "kiddy car" steering response? I've STILL got my trusty '86! :thmsup: :yes:

While not exactly a wagon fan, I must say that's one "Clean Machine," Sir! :thmsup: :yes:

While at the parts store yesterday, I espied a 1994 Accord wagon. 155,000, one-owner miles, in perfect condition. While most I've seen are auto tranny, it was a FIVE-SPEED!
