Hello all:

New to the forum. I posted this originally in the 7th generation forum but should have probably posted it in this forum. Anyway, go easy on me - have a frustrating problem. I'll try to be brief:

I have an '04 Accord EX. I too bought aftermarket fogs (from Powerimport on EBAY). Recieved same relays, both black in color. Hooked up fogs and nothing. Checked grounds, fuse terminals, pin connector locations, wiring harness (can't put a square peg in a round hole, right?). Everything intact and where they are supposed to be according Honda's instuctions. Been over and over instructions and backtracked installation too many times to say.

Went out and got two new relays, like Honda instuctions state one "Black" and one "Gray" and installed. Now fogs stay on continously (even w/o key in ignition, headlights lights off, highbeams, etc). Switched relay harness around leading to relays, and it went back to no fog illumination. Even tried interchanging original relays with new relays switching them around and nothing.

I CAN say fog switch (orange indicator letting you know fogs are "on" when switch is pushed in) on dash does NOT illuminate no matter what. Only the backlight illuminates when rest of instrument cluster is turned on w/ parking lights. So, switch isn't even cutting or supplying power. Probably just answered my own question. :dunno:

Has anyone had this problem? I would appreciate any advice you can give me.

I really thoguht it'd be the relay(s). Now thinking fog switch? Maybe fog light harness under hood or even wiring harness under dash?

This is getting really frustrating :headbash: And I really thought cutting the bumber was going to be the killer of this whole project. That was actually the easiest part that turned out perfect!!

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me reslove this issue.
