that's one huge wheel spacer man, not really sure how big it is. Eibach makes wheel spacer for my 1996 honda accord, 5mm and 15mm. thinking of getting that.

I wouldn't even think about one that's 15mm considering how much load it would add to the tire and suspension...but that thing is ridiculous...

15mm really isn't too bad... wouldn't go any more than that though....

true, that's the max i would do for a honda accord. 15mm, bring the wheels out more, better handling maybe.
