I think 100 PMs is way too low. I use them on an almost daily basis and I end up downloading and archiving them every few weeks. Is there any way you can give us more space in the inbox?

I don't run the forum, but simple math tell me that 100 messages * 10,700 members = more than 1 million messages

One million messages seems like A LOT to me. And more messages per user = bigger database = bigger server = higher costs.

And who pays for the costs? Not me, probably none of the members either. And I don't see many sponsors either. So 100 messages makes sense to me.

Copy the PM message, paste it into WordPad, Word,... your word processor of choice. Save to computer. Done.

Personally, I think it's better to have the info on my computer in case the server goes FUBAR, Wardsweb decides to end the site, 2012 apocalypse,.... etc.

mines fills up pretty fast, just remember to keep the outbox empty and seriously just wipe out the overlapped ones in your inbox. you really don't need more than 100 messages in your box at one time.
