You guys should meet up at Marina Square up in San Leandro. I used to work at lame as$ Gap and sometimes at night Lancers would meet up. Preety neat..... the whole lot was filled with colorful cars. Dont do Bayfair cause at nights there are alot of juvenile delinquents lol. I'll try to make it but i might be up in Brentwood.

I think the location for the meet should be in San leandro at the Marina Sqaure park. We can take picture there and have the Ocean and SF background.

Wow did anyone actually went? I went at 9:30 and all i saw was a Lancer meet infront of starbucks. I saw one PMM Accord Coupe sitting in the parking lot adjacent to Starbucks.

I arrived around 8.45pm. Drove around looking for any suspicious looking Honda Accords...

Eventually, I sat across from the Norsturm Rack, with my parking lights on, nose out, near the stores on the far side of the parking lot. At around 9.13pm, I drove to the park, sat there till 9.30pm. Then, I checked out the rest of the area. I sat by the Bay, got to see some fireworks across the Bay. I saw some tuner group (Lancers, I think) and a Dodge, group (old school looking station wagon, with V10 and Hemi's, forgot the name).
It was a 145 mile round trip. I like to drive, so it's no big deal, averaged 29.3 MPG, on this trip. Ended up seeing an area I've never seen before. Nice area. There was little traffic. It was comfortably worm...

Next time we try this, I think we need to be more exact in, describing the location (provide, Lat/Lon ;=). It should be scouted out, to make sure we can park in, that exact place. At the "rack" the front parking was a premium, as well as near StarBucks. We need a identifiable way to stand out. Like, how many Honda Accords were parked there???

Wow you wasted all that gas and no one showed up. Well technically we did show up, but at different times and we just ended up leaving. lol. You drove to Marina park? It was sweet last night eh, with the fireworks. Heard it was coming from the Britney Spears concert or something, my source was drunk lol. The only lancers i saw was infront of Starbucks. They usually have meets there and i would occasionally see them outside when i used to work at the Gap Outlet. Well atleast you did end your night on a good note.

I think you guys could post recent pictures of your cars so you get a visual idea of who to look for or use white shoe polish and write on your window something like drive accord or DA or somthing then when you think ppl get the idea you can wipe it off with windex or water?! Idunno just throwin out some ideas :nuts:

Maybe some1 should scout out where you are going to meet. Then decide on a time and date. Update the first page of this this thread of the time, date, and location. If ypu can take pics of the location and post them so every1 has an idea of where to meet. When we did the Socal meet this is what we did.

But i wouldn't make the meet at night, because there are some ppl coming from far and that would be late. Then it won't be a Norcal meet, it will be a local meet instead. I sure would love to come up for a meet. Solcal ppl can tell you that. i drove 4 hours to LA for a meet. I live in Fresno, basically the middle of Cali........

Yep.... I was born in Walnut Creek, raised in Concord & lived in Antioch most of my adult life. :D


You know those flags on whip poles they have for bicycles? I thought of putting one on a suction cup & adding the DRIVEACCORD on the flag. Hondas are way common & sometimes hard to find the ones we are looking for! The window is an area that's less apt to be damaged from such an item. Of course, it wouldn't go on till parked!
