I think I found the '09 TSX Switchblade I'm looking for, but I'm not sure it's the one I'm looking for, or the one others have used previously.

Does the Memory # of the key affect any of the Memory functions on the Accord Navi? I have many addresses plugged into my Memory 1 Directory, and a Memory 2 Key may mess with those settings.

Also, how much would it cost me to have this key cut and programmed at my local dealer? Ballpark estimate, as I know all dealerships offer different prices.

Yep, that's the one you want.

From what I've seen others say, expect to pay around $40-80.

thats the key you want just make sure the FCC ID numbers match with your stock key! That price is a lil high I paid 26+6 for shipping from the same guy 1 month ago so I would keep looking... As for cutting and programing the new key I have a friend at Honda so got it cut for free. He said it would be $45 and he progammed it too. Dealer said 45 for the programing too. Make sure you have all your other keys when you go to get programing done. I would just ask the guys to do it on the side for like twenty bucks man it took like 10mins tops! Good luck! I love mine its just a lil bigger then the stocker but its sweet!

I looked a bit harder and I found the key you're talking about.

The difference is the Memory Number of the keys. I'm not sure if this key affects this, but I have all my Navi locations programed into the Memory 1 directory, and I don't want to have to re-plug them in, just to save $10 on the key. Do you know if the Memory Number affects the Navi Directory? Or is that only on cars with Memory Accessories (i.e. programable seat locations, etc...)

memory only effects seats.

Memory #2 is usually cheaper and that one will work fine for what you need it for.

So the Memory # will only affect the seats (my car doesn't have memory seats), and nothing else?

yep, its only for the memory seat option on the TSX.

Wow, what's the point of selling Memory 1 for $10 more? Silly...

i guess because memory #1 is the one replaced most often since its the most often used key.

I guess that makes sense. If I ever get an Acura, I'll exclusively use the Memory #2 key.

Also, what department do I want to contact about getting the key cut and programmed?
