OK, my 06 accord has been making some kind of scratching noise around the in-dash CD changer over rough surface. It gets worse when it's cold. It sounds like a plastic rubbing against another plastic. To me it sounds like it's coming from the CD changer itself.

Took the car to a dealer once to get this fixed. They added some felt tape and thought they fixed it. But it came back.

Does anyone had similar problem? Anyone know about it?
