I have the factory installed alarm and am wondering how to disable at least 2 of the three blinking lights. I can understand that flashing LEDs can be a theft deterrent but three is a little bit too much for me One for the radio,one for the dash and the actual alarm with the valet button The alarm manual was no help. I am worried about the battery drain mostly

If your main concern is the number of flashing LED's draining your battery, don't worry. Most alarms in their armed mode drain about 8ma. This is minute and would take at least a month for them to drain your battery. Most alarms are very energy efficient today. Besides, if they weren't Honda would be replacing a lot of batteries. I am a firm believer in visual deterents in cars. Been installing alarms for over 20 years now so rest assured, your battery will be fine.

I think you'd have to manually disconnect them. I don't know where yours is, but I just pulled out my door panel today and there's a connector for the light. I'm not positive but I believe that pulling it out will not prevent the alarm from arming. You can always check it by pulling the door lock while the window is down.
