Take it to a tire shop and have them switch it.

The TPMS are part of the valve stem. Shop will remove them from existing wheel and use them to install on new wheel "before" they mount the tires. Be sure the shop is experienced with TPMS modules like this. If not I've heard horror stories about the TPMS being destroyed by the tire mounter when they put the blade down on the rim to seat the tire bead.

Wheels do not come with TPMS. If you use the ones from your fatory OEM wheels and put them in the new HFP wheels, you should be OK. If you buy new TPMS, then you need to have them programmed to recognize the new TPMS
