I ordered some stuff from them last week and it showed up Tuesday night after I left for work. I opened it on Wednesday morning, noticed that two of the four things I ordered were missing. So I emailed them and told them so, and their reply today was that they were in the box, they checked. I emailed them back and told them that they weren't in the box and then listed every thing that was in the box, manuals and all. I sent it in the evening, so I will see later today if they reply.
They have no phone support, a no return policy, and so far it seems like a bad customer support department. I have a feeling I will have to have paypal and my credit card company do a chargeback and add autotoys.com to my list of companies not to do business with.

You might have thought about it already but, if they still don't budge, you could always have the BBB dispute your issue with them. :dunno:

and you couldn't inherently or intrinsically 'disern' that with a name like 'Autotoys.com' that they could have the potential to **** or BLOW big chunks?!? did you even google 'autotoys return customer dispute' before you forked over your credit card information permanently in their database for the life of your credit card?! :paranoid:

I have heard horror stories about them. Just do a chargeback for the missing products and then stay away.

I'm not a total idiot. People in this forum have used them without a problem. I don't care about the no return policy, that is stated on their website. If there was a problem with a part I would have the manufacturer replace it and if it just didn't work the way I like I would just resell it.
I have ordered plenty of stuff from woot.com, monoprice.com, bluejeanscable.com, dealextreme.com, play-asia.com, yugster.com, and various other web sites with names that sound like they could be fake without incident.
And I used a credit card through paypal so they don't have my credit card information.
But thanks!

Autotoys emailed me today and said that the other two parts were already shipped via USPS and there was confusion because they normally send everything out in one shipment.
