XM family plan in first 3 mos?

Just bought a new XM Roady2 for use in my wife's Saab wagon and inside our home. Since I'm still on my Accord's free 3 month XM trial, when I activate the Roady, can I get the $6.99 family plan rate for the Roady even though I'm not paying for the Accord yet? Or will I have to pay the full $12.99 from the start?

Just set hers up as the primary account, then add yours to the family plan when your 3 months are up.
