I have the OEM 17" rim on my I4. OEM tire size is 225/50R17.

Has anyone put a wider on the same rim? I had in mind going to a 245/45R17.

If anyone has done this, pictures of what it looks like would be greatly appreciated.

Rubberman, I wsn't asking IF it was possible: I've already done the calculation, and know that it will work in terms of overall diameter and even fitting on a 7.5" wide rim.

What I WAS asking was IF anyone on here had done it, and if they had pictures of it.
