Fresh Designs Inc. They used to be located on Route 1 in College Park, but they moved to Ellicott City. Real nice people, good prices and solid work.

Does anyone know a good tint shop in New York that does the whole car for $150-175?

I heard alot of good things about lorenzo tints but I don't want to spend $275 on tint!

You're in my 'hood. LOL. I heard good things about Shades of Gray, but it's almost a 2 hour drive from Queens. If you find a place let me know, maybe we can head out on the same day or something, try and get an extra discount, LOL.

I've heard Shades of Gray is excellent plus I'm pretty sure they offer lifetime warranty with the tint. I wouldn't mind traveling a bit but 2 hours was a bit too much for a damn tint.

Where in NYC? Actually city of one of the outer boroughs?

Lorenzo's in teh bronx? I was thinking about a shop not too far from me, but after seeing my moms old car recently the tints turned slightly purple after about 6 years. Granted thats a long time, but I don't even want to see it start fading or bubbling etc.

If you are willing to drive to Westbury, DTE Tintining ask for Junior 516-850-2171. The man is a perfectionist (anal?) If you have a house not apt, he will come to you.

When you or Cyanide call, tell him you spoke with me and mention the forum. Should be as inexpensive as possible.

I called him last time and mention Keith with a White Accord Sedan 08, he said he didn't know or remember anybody by that name. :dunno: The last time I called him, he also told me that he couldn't do my tints because I didn't have a garage. So... I'm guessing If I bring my car to him, it'll be fine. :)

How much would it cost for llumar tint on an Accord Sedan?

-30% for two front windows
-20% for two back windows
-30% for the back windshield

actually on their front page, it says that they do. http://www.classonglasstint.com/

They're only ~1 hour away from me with no tolls. That's like $13 dollars for gas. $163 total. I think I might head there next Monday or Thursday.

I think the sunvisor strip is free! Here is a coupon but I think it's already bundled with the $150 dollar price tag.

Same here. Google Maps listed address as "Come to you" so I don't know. Bout an hour away from me, less actually since it's exit 62 and I've visited Stony Brook University before. If you can get an address we can head over there together if you'd like. We just can't speed cuz LIE past exit 40 is infested with State Patrol officers.

Hmm, Lorenzo got back but they want $225 or $250 depending on which type of film. I still think 200 will beat that. Plus if we do both cars I'm sure we can get a discount bro.

Hit the guy up for an address or phone number. Since we know it wont be more than $200 per car, if he doesn't want to deal we can still get it done. But we'll try to get him to do it for $175 a piece with the lifetime. I'm looking to get it done in the next 3 weeks maximum, before I start school. You pick a date, I live right by the LIE in Queens too, maybe we can meet up and just ride there or something.

Well... I just emailed him before your post and said nevermind. I didn't want to drive one hour back and forth if it's going to cost $200 dollars. Maybe you can give them a try.

I'm free on the 5th, 6th, and 8th.

35% too. It's darker in person than in pictures, but it isn't bad. Still very visible outside etc. Same thing is remix since we went together LOL.

Also, don't do the felt thing unless you really think want to have super clean tints, etc.

There are some bubbles on the sun visor strip that I can see from the outside. He said he'll fix it. I guess that life time warranty is paying off lol. I'm still not rolling down the windows until a week or so. Some guy at the Honda dealership today rolled my driver side down even with the tape that says DO NOT ROLL DOWN WINDOWS still on. -_-'

Only bubbles I saw were already at the edges of the windows which seem to have disappeared I guess. I haven't inspected mine that close since I sort of bought mine more for it's purpose than it's looks. LOL.

Just a FYI- if you have a drive accord sticker on your back window and are getting tinting, just take it off! My tint had to be fixed after the fact because of a couple little bubbles under the sticker..they supposedly had to 'work around it':dunno:

As a general rule, they're supposed to take off all stickers first before tinting.
