I was just wondering what your opinion was on using an impact wrench to loosen drain bolts. I am just thinking ahead to a transmission fluid change on my Odyssey and wanted to know if using my impact wrench would cause any damage.:dunno:

The time I changed the transmission fluid on my Accord, the bolt was a pain to get off! Any tips?

Nothing wrong with using impact wrench to loosen the drain bolt, just make sure you set the direction correctly. :D

I had to use a cordless electrica impact wrench to help loosen the fill bolt for my 6-speed transmission, even then it didn't budge, I had to use a pipe over the ratchet wrench handle to crack it open..........
