the only thing i didnt like about the megnaflow is its way too low it almost sound like stock. i had it on my 03 eclipse and it didnt sound that great ( you need to take off the res) but on his car it sounds pretty good tho

what do u think of crescent hills? right on top of memorial drive..amazing view but there is no parking lot..but we can use crescent high school's parking.(very clean they just got it new) and its in the middle of the city.

I ordered these "chrome handles", I'd like your guys' opinion on them, they cover the outside of the handle but not the inside if anyone knows what I'm talking about. If the look bad I can always peel them off.

Also, does anyone know where I can get my oem fogs installed(need someone to cut into the bumper and do the wiring)?

I just realized my tint appointment(35% all around) is tmrw at 12:30, so I may or may not be able to make it!

It's the full exhaust from catback to tips. only one muffler (left, drivers side) could be removed the other extends all the way through.

We were thinking we should take a nice Saturday sometime and drive up to Banff for lunch or some other short road trip. This would have to wait till August for me....Maybe the 8th, 15th or 29th work best for my schedule.

I definately want to get some rolling pictures, and videos. Sounds like we got some video editors, photogrophers and even some DJ's in this group that about covers it for a pretty cool collection in the end.

I was quite happy, they said it looked dried out. And I told him I use ArmorAll Leather Care once a month and he said that was odd. BTW, what do you guys use on your seats and how often?

The car is probably rolling forward at 1-5km/h, and the car "shakes" as it's moving. The same thing happens when I'm braking and when I'm going 1-5km/h still holding down the brakes, the car shakes as it rolls forward!

could be that your brakes are finally going ?
dont know if you had the pads replaced yet or not
i know when mine were almost done they did that...
and then i got some real good pads from a buddy of mine
and just tossed those on... some heavy duty ones that they use in taxis and etc.( mind you that was only on my rears , my fronts were almost brand new after about 20k on them )

I use the same, but only twice a year when I wax the car. That should be often enough.

I was stoked when I went to pick up the car today(seat and glovebox), then that turned to disappointment really fast. First, they did not replace the seat, they decided to re-upholster the leather(just as good right?). They only re-upholstered the back portion(where your back touches) and not the bottom(where your ass is). Second, when they re-upholstered it, they must have forgotten to tighten the leather cause now it looks like it's loose as ****!
I have a feeling they weren't trained for this! I want to take it back, but if they don't know how to do it properly it's going to look like ass again!
What should I do?

The glovebox is flush with the dash now so that's all good.

As for the paint bubble, it's been ruled that something/someone hit my bumper and the bubble appeared after. The service manager showed me that if you look at an angle you can see the area around the bumper is dented in(not really noticeable, but it's there). So I'm pissed and sad that someone hit my car :(

well, it takes some effort to get it done right so just keep at it till your happy and as long as its reasonable they should be good.

Okay folks, best I can do is End of August, 29th.

So let's say we meet up at Market Mall at 10am in the Far corner of the South East Parking lot (corner of Shaganappi and 32 Ave NW). Then we can snap a group picture and take off to Banff for lunch.

Anyone have any ideas of a better meeting place, especially for pictures both at the meeting place prior to leaving and in Banff? Was thinking that somewhere in the NW close to TransCan would be best for take-off. Also, any favorite restaurant we should meet at? I have been to Banff a handfull of times so I might not be the most familiar with it.

once we leave
and get into the park past the gate (past the pay gate thing)
lets park on the right hand side

im part of another forum and we have done that lots
you get some really good pics from the hill looking down onto the cars.
( this would be a short stop only )

then from there we can head to cascade lake..or something and take some real nice pics from there and just cruise around banff taking some good pics
and then park and all of us can grab a bite to eat

any other ideas or suggestions are welcome

It is Saturday, August 29th at 10am in the SW parking lot at Market Mall. We'll then drive to Banff and snap some pics and get some lunch.

Hey Guys, got my headlights fixed...projectors perfectly aligned, LED DRL's not burning out and ready to roll on Saturday. By the way, Speedtech is having a show and shine on Saturday, all day. they have $60 Dyno's running for those that sign up ahead of time and you get 2 runs, all proceeds go to Charity (childrens hospital and others) and they have some prizes and such...have to check it out after we get back from Banff.

the raw once is more then perfect too
we can edit it by our selves
so its not too much hassle on the gentle man..he's probably pretty busy too
so it you can just put them on a cd..include all the cars too..
you dont need to waste your time separating them.

Guys, I have them seperated and am playing around with it. I can throw them on a DVD both the raw AVCHD and the MTS seperated files now. Will try to get this done by Friday and drop it off at the donair shop where you work.

Tooooooo funny, I like mac's and have one myself so will have to try. Problem is, Pc is more practical for everything I do and still reins supreme. Difinitive line though is....Mac's are supposed to be the undisputed champ for video right? Ha ha, can't play all video formats like mine can :lmao:

Go to microsoft.com, look for Virtual PC for free download and install windows....problem solved. Or you could just bootcamp you Mac and run windows to get to see the vids.

lol hahah..i got into macs since we have to do alot of programming and designing..so mac was the best for since all that stuff comes with it and the commands are easier the windows..
ill run windows on it and play it using media player
