If you have them, do you like 'em? If you don't have them, why not? What decided you against them?

I like the idea of letting the car "breathe" without the fear of rain getting in.

No need to be sorry for having an opinion!! If we all thought the same thing, the world would be BORING!

The main reason I want them is due to the high heat down South during the day. I think having some wind coming thru might lower the temps quite a bit. I don't really like the look of them, myself, but the function may be better than the form!

They will reduce the heat. The tradeoff is pollen and dust all over the interior. Not too bad for my old truck, but not what I want in my new Accord, so I opted for just using a windshield shade when parked and am thinking about tint for the rear glass.

I also use the remote to lower the windows when approaching the car. As someone else posted, the remote's range in increased if you touch the key tip to your chin at let your body act as an antenna - - seems to work.

Your Accord doesnt have ac? j/k im not sure where down South is, but in Dallas it gets pretty hot! I drove my new Accord to work Sat, rolled down the windows with the key from inside work, and I could smell new car all the way in the building lol, do what n1 said, get a shade. Forget the louvers, they ruin the shape and style of the Accord. weee

i have the oem rainguards... i smoke so it helps in the rain:cig: . I also like to drive w/ the windows open even a bit so i can hear cars, not just see them. I like them, they took like 20 mins to install w/o the instructions. Didnt see the instructions till after i installed them at handaccessories.com, so i scratched my car a lil

IMO the visual effect is different on a 2-dr than a 4-dr.

Ive been against them on accords. BUT,,, driving the wifes in rain recently and myself being a smoker they are needed. Crack the window in rain without them and you get wet in a hurry. Seeing that my new lx-se sedan wont have a moon roof they will be a must have for my new sedan. Im sure they will detract from the over all smooth look I will be striving for with the new sedan. But nesscity will over rule that.

I always thought on a lot of cars they looked cheesy.

I just bought a '98 Acoord that had them (4 door) and for some reason they look really good on the car so I will definitely be leaving them on. :)
