Here is a email I received. I thought others may find this information useful.
"There is a definite problem with theway this site's software handles pdf files.
They are not being decoded properly. This makes them unopenable by the site's users."
It is not the site, it is Honda. These files come direct from them. Honda has chosen to not standardize their encoding, so they may be built in any of three or four versions of Acrobat. The newer versions are not readable in older versions of the reader. Some also require they be downloaded and read from your drive and not through a browser. It has always been this way. These files were not intended to be available to the public. The dealerships know about these issues.
