I have a 91 2DR LX, my problem is that the power windows aren't rolling up properly. and by this i mean like when i roll either window all the way up they aren't actually in the window seal. like the top of the drivers side window is on the out side of the seal (as if the window's off its track or something).
I'm sure its something simple, just want to know exactly what it is so i don't replace everything.

CountPrinky:
My trusty '86 has had a passenger's door glass misalignment problem, since "Day One." Since I seldom operate that window, I finally stopped worrying myself about it.
On either door, panel removed, you will likely have to get in there and play around with the track adjustment. You may also have to adjust/replace misaligned/defective window gaskets.
A few misc thoughts . . .
The seals could be warped causing them not to align with the window edge properly.
I believe the 91 coupe had the guiding pin on the rear edge of the window. Does the glass have free play near the B pillar when about 1/2 way up? Both my 90 and 95 coupes had this pin/track adjusted once or twice.
Finally, there should be a small wedge shaped piece of plastic towards the A pillar above the side mirror. I'm pretty sure this helps guide the glass as it reaches the top of its travel. Is it missing or loose?

ok, so with the drivers side window all the way up it is not in seal it over laps the door and i believe it doesn't go up evenly (its like the glass is more strait than the curve of the window frame)

I bet you anything it is missing the pin (that there is a round hole). Pretty much every 4th gen coupe I see has this problem... including the one I owned.

if by round hole you mean a little hole in the glass the size of one of the screw heads? then yes

Most likely causes are broken guide pin, failing door channels (the rubber that the window slides in, or loose/bad window regulators.
