Not a genuine Honda fog lamp assy. It is either fog lamps, or the temp sensor. You can go aftermarket fog lamps though.

If you have an EX or EX-L with the outside temp display from the factory, you can add foglights. Otherwise, there is only one accessory point in the fusebox and it's either-or.

No longer true. If the Accord has the outside temp gauge as standard equipment, like the EX-V6, then you can install the factory fog lights. The only time you cannot install them together is when the outside temp sensor/display is added as an after-purchase accessory.

The following website has the fogs and instructions for installation

You can go OEM. Like the others mentioned, this is based on you having the temp sensor installed from factory. If temp sensor was added later, then the plugs needed for the OEM fogs will be used by it and therefore you will not be able to install them in the manor in which they were intended.

If the outside temp sensor was installed at the factory, you can do either OEM or aftermarket. If the outside temp sensor was added as an accessory after purchase, you cannot use the OEM fogs, only aftermarket. OEM will obviously look better on the outside, and inside with factory switch.
