Excellent deal, but it died minutes after it started. Wish I caught this soon enough.

That's a great deal (while it lasted) in terms of pre-shipped price, as it sells for about double that if purchased in-store/over-the-counter.
I have used this brand of clay for years w/o any complaints. It's not overly abrasive (as some detailing clays can be), works well w/ home-made clay-lube (ie. soapy-water), and it stores rather well (seal it in Saran-Wrap/Zip'lock & toss into the fridge for use months later. . .

You refrigerate your clay? What if you just kept it in an air-tight container at room temperature?
What made this a really good deal is if you bought multiple packages-the shipping only went up in small increments.

I've heard/read that refrigerating the clay keeps is usable for a longer period of time, aside from keeping it from drying-out. It's likely over-kill/unnecessary, but I have some detailing claybars that have been in the 'fridge for years (of-course no longer used for automotive applications, but instead for tile/counter-tops/enamel-surfaces), and they're totally indistinguishable from literally a brand-new claybar that I just unsealed.
I have close to $200-$250 of detailing stuff that's gone funky (changed colors, solute/solvent separation, difference in smell, etc') from the being in the garage for a handful of years, which just kills me. It's mostly over-the-counter/discount/non-boutique stuff (Meguiars, etc'), but I still can't bring myself to 'chuck it all into the trashbin! :(
Though, my pricey stuff (ie. Zymol Japon, Zymol NSX, Swissvax) is still fine!
