The threads purpose is the same as the title

I am trying to remove the rotors and the screws are welded in there and impact hammor doesn't do it

My father and I are trying to drill out the screws. Does anyone with the same frustrating experience have any suggestions of other solutions?

Also, is there a torque specification for the flange bolts?

Common problem and mentioned many times here in the past, just drill out the screws and leave them off, you don't need them, the wheel holds the rotor on just fine.

What do you mean by "flange bolts"?

the flange bolts on the clampers. The shop manual says to remove them inorder to replace the pads and look at the clips. But I don't need to remove them. They hold on the pads to the whole clamper.

Finshed the brake job. Applied molykote M77 greese to all places on the shims and the back of the pad. I hope it doesn't squeal anymore.

Well, my brakes still squeal -- low but audible.

I put Mollykote M77 Greese on all places directed by my honda accord shop manual plus more than enough. I checked the clamper and everything and even installed new rotors. I also followed the directions step by step except taking out the retainers because they would be very hard to get back in and they looked fine from inside the clampers.

Does anyone have any suggestions to a solution?

Don't know if Mollykote M77 grease is the right kind or not, you should be using stuff specifically designed for brakes.

Did you put any grease on where the ends of the brake pads are installed into the spring clips?

BTW, I think when you say "clamper" you probably meant "caliper"...........
