plus tax and reg fees? I am from 27,000 even to 28,200 here in California but no dealers have them. The dealer that quoted me 27k said that they would charge $1000 more to locate one (considering they didn't have one i don't know why they would quote an "in stock" price).

i don't remember the fees but all i know is that there was no documentation fee that some people charge.. i remember that it was plus tax and registration.
as for locating one, i did that with another dealer, and they failed. so i would look for a place first, that has one, just call a bunch of places, that's what i had to do. ask if they have it on location and if you would be able to pick up the same day. and 1000 more to locate is bs. they just say that because that's their reason to get the price up. the dealer that was supposed to locate my car said they had to charge me 500, and i did so which brought me to 27500 but he didn't find it anyway. its worth it to call a bunch of dealers first and find one that has it rather than wait and put a downpayment for somthing they might not even b able to get

To me, that price is not bad considering I paid 26300 for my EX-L without the navi. The 26300 is before tax + registration. Good deal.

I just got a quote from a Houston Dealer on a new 09 EX-L V6 Coupe automatic w/o Nav for $23,994 + TT&L... no other adds or dealer fees.

Well, that def. is a better price, but I really can't do anything about it now. Also...I could not find another BBP EX-L in the area so I was willing to pay the price to get the combination I wanted.
Thanks for the info though. I do appreciate it. :)

Wow, thanks for the ammo. :D
(I plan to purchase non-navi V6 with no accessories, and I don't fall for the whole "this car is hard to find, so you need to pay more" BS. Bottom line: it's manufactured from an assembly plant, mass produced, and Honda makes however many of them as they think they can sell. If the market was bigger for 2 door manual v6 vehicles, then there would have been more produced.)
Purchased mine just shy of 3 months ago for $25,800 before taxes. EX-L Coupe, V6, 6MT, Nav, and glamor sheild (I have no idea what glamor sheild is ,but it was listed as a dealer add-on)
Evilv2 07-13-2009, 10:57 AM $17,300

North Carolina. I purchased the car in Fayetteville.

man here in California they will laugh at that price and tell you to walk. I guess a lot of car buyers are not very educated here and pay what the dealers ask making it hard to negotiate.
I started off with using the price from carsdirect.com. From there I went to three different dealers. Each one undercut the last one. Thank god the third dealer had the car I was looking for.
