Hey, I'm new on this forum, so i dont know if this has came up, so bare with me.:

I was wondering if there was a way to hookup the built in AUX input to an aftermarket radio? I have an aux 1/8" output i figured, honda already installed the jack and ran a cable to back of the radio. Is it possible to use the aux cables and convert it to a 1/8" cable that i can plug into the aftermarket radio.

Car: 09 Accord Coupe LX-S
Radio: Pioneer DEH-P7900BT

sure.

the easy way to do it is just gain acces to the back of the aux plug in the console. do a continuity check with a meter to determine the L and R positive lines and the shared ground.

you could do the same at the radio, so you dont have to run the cable all the way up. just doyour continuity check up at those plugs.

The factory head unit AUX input and output should be in the E connector 14 pins white.

by any chance you can tell me what the other wires (connectors) are?

You can find more in 2008 Honda Accord Instructions section.
