How's everyone doing. I have a 94 accord lx non-vtech and I was just wondering if I should change my head to a vtech cylinder head and if so then what all do I need other then just the head.

I'm pretty sure that's not just a cylinder head swap but would require electronics work, etc...

You might want to check the forums at cd5tuner, they have a forum specifically for swaps, and I'm sure you'll be able to find all the information you need there.
