Ask for the service manager or general manager of the dealership.

And I highly doubt a transmission "repair" can be done in less than 3 hours........

Shoot it took my dealer 1 day to repalce one spark plug. No biggie. But if really makes you that upset, then talk to the service manager first.

Take stuff to do with you when your waiting on a car and assume it will take a while. Most dealers have free WiFi so take a laptop. Makes the time go faster. Next time, drop it off for the day.

Did you ask them what took them so long? I would guess the inner door would have to come off, etc. so it could take a while.
