Hey everybody. I guess I should do this whole formal introduction thing. My name is Rob, nice to meet you. I just moved to Connecticut from southern California for grad school out here. I never had a car before... just biked/bussed/subway'd everywhere, but out here things are a lot further apart so I had to come over to the dark side. I found this forum while researching the purchase and it was hugely helpful to me in the buying process (thanks!). Now I'm pretty much addicted, everyone's car looks so cool! Mine is bone stock right now, and about as boring as an accord can be except for the unusual color (v4 automatic sedan), but I'd like to get into some upgrades/mods when I can find the time/money. So much to learn before I'm able to do any of it, though... better keep reading!

Welcome.

If you are in Grad School, you better save your money. You already have a cool car, the way it is.

Welcome to Grad school, which is not easy, wish you best. Nice ride, I like that color and your ride. Enjoy Fall along East coast. If you want a great weekend, head out to Rhode Island and Newport, maybe up to cape. East has a lot to see during Autumn season. At one time I lived in Laguna Beach California, and spent 15 years in So Cal, there are times I miss that Pacific wave. Regards

Richard

Hey, thanks for the welcome, everyone! Yeah, school is going crazy already, but I'm looking forward to exploring the natural beauty of the East coast when I get the time. I see a lot of accords out here and always wonder if its someone from the forums...
