BLCKFLSH 09-05-2009, 07:03 AM So it's making you burn more gas. Great idea. dmo069 09-05-2009, 08:37 AM So it's making you burn more gas. Great idea. Nope. I tested that theory and I averaged 24.6 mpg yesterday with A/C and about 80% city and 20% highway. That is pretty darn good with a V6. Thanks for your comments! AverageJoe 09-05-2009, 12:20 PM I looked into the Fujitas, they seem like a good deal if you're looking for power. How hard is it to maintenance the filter? Gotta rip the wheel well out? A1one1nDarkness 09-05-2009, 10:03 PM I used to have the fujita system in my old car and I loved it. Even though I had an I4 it sounded beastly, I can only imagine if I had a V6. I plan on getting the aem v2 now though but I would def recommend the fujita intake for anyone that has a maf sensor  dmo069 09-06-2009, 04:38 AM I looked into the Fujitas, they seem like a good deal if you're looking for power. I figure it will take about 15-20 minutes to do it, so no big deal. AverageJoe 09-06-2009, 05:56 AM 10-4. that's the cost of doing performance mods lol. Keep it out of water crossings, and keep an eye on your MAF wires and how dirty they are/aren't. Power wise I doubt it gets any better. dmo069 09-06-2009, 11:40 AM 10-4. that's the cost of doing performance mods lol. No MAF on the v6! rufusvonstorm 09-09-2009, 12:36 PM I love my Fujita intake! Makes the car a lot more interesting to listen to. |
