I know it's a weird question, but my 4thGen is being put out to pasture, and I just realized the 6thGen I just bought didn't come with mats. Can I transfer the old ones (same color interior), or am I going to have to spring for new ones?

Nope. 6th gen is a bigger car which means more floor area. So i say no the wont. Or at leastthe wont fit to a "T".

ONLY about two (2) choices...aftermarket or OEM.

Local parts stores will sell you mats with a reasonable fit + cheap price.

For OEM, I'd suggest H & A Accessories. For my '02, I've bought a TON of stuff from them. (Door edge guards, body side molding kit, wheel arch moldings, chrome exhaust tips, splash guard kit, and a car cover. AND a Honda "H" mousepad! :D)
