8.5 all around and 235 in the fronts and 245 in the rears but i will be putting 235 in the rear aswell this weekend..

i did test fit the 08 Type S wheels but they looked to small on my car so went with the A-Specs..

dammnnnn....those wheels look amazing...it blends well with the car...doesnt looks so 'after-market'. I'd get em too buy funds are low :(.....if u add the HFP kit, imo u'd have the best lookin accord i've seen.

don't mean to bite your style, but i am looking at a set of these for my wife's black coupe, but they are the 8" wide and they are "chrome look". our car won't be lowered, but these are very nice looking wheels...

These are the foglight kits from ebay which im running H.I.D 's with no prob. and comes with a seperate switch for the fogs itself...

i have 235/40/18 tires on 8.5 width all around.

Funny enough...I have original 8.5" aspecs...and I was sweating the 19" HFP's...grass is always greener.

That being said...I've been saying that my girlfriend's 8th gen would look amazing with my rims...and that I'll split the cost of the 19's if we swap every oil change rotation. But she has to PROMISE not to curb them. At least not any worse than my stepdad already did (person I bought out the lease on).

They are dropped all the way..they are V6 SS so the spring rate is different.. i guess if they where installed on th V6 it would drop more:dunno: but im satisfied with the drop..once i get the HFP Kit it will look much lower and poss flat black 20 inch staggered wheels with flat black lip..:D

I would keep the aspecs...and you def don't need to be any lower. It looks great!

I assumed you weren't all the way down because when I dropped mine to 1/2 left of threading, I was tucking the tires...but I don't like it that slammed anyway.

get some spacers on the rear....

I want those, powder coated in takata green... on my prelude, which I want freshly painted Flamenco black (so that I can say I own all 3 honda blacks, Flamenco, Berlina, and Crystal Black Pearl)

blkcpe - Black finish with gun metal wheels is a dynamic combination. You also keep your car well finished. Finish is more important than anything cosmetic. What kind of wax did you use? Regards

The A-Spec 18x8.5 are soo damn rare...they only made them a single model year and the dealer don't carry them...found my set on ebay...

The A-spec 18x8.0 are much more common but don't look nearly as good...

Am I the only one's who doesn't like them? I usually go off first impressions, sometimes it'll grow on me, but first look I don't like, stock 18's are better imo, the color of the ones you have is better. Not coming to hate .. just saying.

They kinda look like RonJon Inspyre's or rather the RJ's look like the a-specs.

Hey guys, i just bought a 2000 civic sedan in good contion with 225k miles and still running clean from my aunt for $1000 with no body damage.....So guess where my ,money for Mods is going to go too:D....got some plans for it next year, engine swap, Turbo, basically is going to be my Project Sleeper and no RICE lol..is currently parked in my driveway..here are some pics. for now..gotta get it registered and stuff...by next month it should be on the road...

Just Sold the civic today and made a $3000 profit:D....so going tomorrow to buy new tires for my A-specs and order my HFP lip kit and install some rear spacers...and save the rest for some wheels in the spring...

anyone a cheap place to buy tl or tl type s rims (a buddy of mine is selling two tl-s rims for only $100 + tires kuz he had them stolen, but i dont know where to get 2 more for cheap..)

With that said...is it just me or do you have difficulty parking between the lines??
LOL, no offense but I can't stand people who take up two spaces...unless maybe you are in a Ferrari or a lambo or something.
You want to avoid dings, park further away and in the open and walk! That's what I do! if you are in an area where you can't do that well then parking is obviously limited which makes it even worse. You want to park there you have to take your chances. Accords are nice cars but definitely not worthy of taking up 2 spaces. Makes you look like a butthole.
