When I have the Key in the (I) position and turn the headlights on the navi dims and changes to the night colors but if I move the key to (II) it goes back to the day settings. Same things happen if I start the car. Anyone know how to make it auto dim? Thanks in advance.

try turning your dial in front of the odo, on the highest setting navi automatically goes to daylight
