Both accord coupe and altima coupe have been out for around 2-3 years.
What I dont get is how come altima coupe already has like 3-4 different body kits available but accord coupe has only 1??

give it time it will happen. also since the economy is crappy right now a lot of car companys doesnt want/ have the time to invest in creating a new body kit but we will see. SEMA is coming up in about a month and i will be going and ill keep you guys updated if i see something new.

its mostly because of the economy, companies are going through a rough time @ the moment give a bit of time and they'll get em out

its NOT because of the economy, its simply because nissan has a much higher mod base than honda. new altimas been out since 07 and they have MUCH MUCH more stuff available only a year ahead which doesnt make much of a diff. look at companies like stillen, they make nothing for hondas, and many others. its all about the demographic

also i gotta add that since the coupe isnt japanese made...they're not touching it with bodies, hell they dont even make little things :\ you're lucky if you got a sedan since the japanese inspire is getting crazy. but i wouldn't count on a coupe body any time soon...or maybe even ever...

There are body kits for BMW. Honda has HFP, Mugen, and Ron Jon parts, but not full body kit, i.e, matching hood, skirts, flared fenders, spoilers, etc.

If there were a entrepreneur who would take some risk, consult with a stylist, engineer, then manufacture a complete body kit, and offer it – how many would he need to sell to offset his costs? Would there be enough sales to make this venture profitable? It is not only supply – demand market equilibrium, but also a question of model, year, and pricing.

That would probably be the best way to go

I found out about some shops that will fit any car with any body kit. They will draw, mold, paint and install it.
I don't know about the material quality they use but it'll come to the same price as the HFP.

I'm sure you'll find the same kind of shops in the US

Anyways, what i meant by body kit was a "four piece set", like the Honda HFP. The reason why I created this thread was because Altima coupe came out roughly the same time as Accord but it has more body kit options than Accord. That's why I was curious.

Of course I know it's all about supply and demand, but do you think Altima owners have way more demand than the Accord owners?:dunno:
