hey guys, does anyone know if taillights from all 7th gen coupes can be used interchangeably? More specifically, can the tails off a 2006 (LEDs) be used on a 2003?

alternatively, are there any good aftermarket tails available (LEDs or not)?

also, if anyone has projector headlights, how is the output and fitment in comparison to stock?

any help is appreciated...

i dont have a coupe, but from previous threads (use the search), you have to change the entire backend. there is a thread where someone put the on anyway and has pics of the spaces it leaves

There was a MMC (mid-model change) for the accord 7th gen. The '06-'07 accords (referred to as 7.5 gen by some) are different from the '03-'05. Between those, the taillights won't fit without major modification.

Yes, the Eagle Eye LED tail lights sold on eBay are very good. Just do a search for 03 Accord LED Tail and you will find them. I like them better than the 06-07 OEM LED tails because the brake and turn indicator are LED. The OEM 06-07 uses an LED for the brake only. The turn signal is still a standard bulb at the top of the light and it looks cheesy. (The 06-07 OEM lights cannot be installed on an 03-05 unless you replace the bumper cover and trunk lid).

I am currently waiting for new stock to arrive. All the eBay sellers obtain their stock of Eagle Eye lights from the same distributor in Southern CA. Their recent shipment of Red/Clear lights were unfortunately defective in which the turn signal did not work properly (the brake lights would override the turn signal causing it to stop flashing and remain lit when you pressed the brake). So I had to return mine for a refund. My eBay seller is supposed to have more info on 10/15 regarding new stock. Revotec and Sabersport are both good sellers.

Instead of red/clear, I am waiting on a shipment of red/smoke instead. Before I returned the lights, I did take pictures. So you can see how good they look. These are the red/clear. The red/smoke model isn't much darker for the reverse lens. I can't wait to get them reinstalled.
