Difference of about 20 MPH (130mph [H] vs. 149mph[V]). I doubt you'll be hitting those speeds, so you should be fine with H rated if that is the only difference in the tires.

V-rated came from the factory, if you drive the somewhat spiritly then you should probably stay with the V-rated tires, even though the H-rated tires are for sustained up to 130 MPH, which none of us have any business to explore.

I faced the same dilemma. After 5.5 years, the original V-rated Michelins had 67K miles and it was time for a new set.
I decided on the H-rated Primacys primarily due to my rather conservative driving style. The tread life is identical between the ratings, but the V has slightly firmer sidewall rubber that would, like Avio suggested, allow you to take corners at a faster speed. That was, in my eyes, an unimportant issue to me. Tread life, all-seasons, and quietness were the main qualities. I'm very pleased with my Primacys so far!
These tires also have the highest rating on Tirerack.

These tires also have the highest rating on Tirerack.
They also were the highest rated tire in consumer reports (for performance all season tires) with an 84.
I am strongly considering them, I have them in my top three.

I have the Michelin Pilot HX MXMV right now and they were very good, very quiet and decent in the snow even with a low tread, but i am wondering how much better the newer honda coupes tires are compared to those?
Whats the real difference between the Primacy and my Pilot HX's, and the Exaltos? I have heard mixed reviews on the Exaltos A/S ..
