It's telling you it's time to change the pads. You should have about 5000 miles left before the pads wear down completely. Try this, next time you're driving and you hear the noise, step on the brake. If the pitch changes, or disappear all together and come back after a couple miles, then it's definitely the wear indicator. aeoporta 10-29-2009, 04:09 PM time for some ceramics or wait till the updated oem pads arrive. i would just stick with ceramic though best bang for the buck freshesaccord 11-01-2009, 01:37 PM yeah i think i'm' just gonna invest in something a lil better than stock..and i dont think its the indicators because it is non stop..really annoying.. geminimouse 11-02-2009, 05:53 AM i had the same thing happen last week. it was the rear pads coming a little loose from vibrations and the indicator would touch the rotor while driving. changed the pads out and now it's gone. In cold weather they will be very reluctant to bring u to a stop. |
