So I joined this forum and I don't own an Accord yet.

I did a lot of research over the past 6 months trying to figure out what car I wanted, and finally decided on an Accord EX V6 Coupe 6MT with Navigation, this was a few months ago that I decided. I have been working out of the country for a couple years and just returned home a couple of weeks ago. When I found out that Honda was going to do the 6MT in the sedan, I changed my mind and decided on a sedan.

So I went to the dealer and they didn't have any, so I chose the color combination that I wanted and they put the car on order, and they told me that since the 6MT wasn't a real popular combination that I could have the car for MSRP, nice of them I though. Anyway, while waiting for the car, I have been reading alot of posts in this forum and concluded that I should be able to get the car for less than the 29,300 MSRP.

So I went on Edmunds and built the car I wanted and then sent out a request for quote to 3 different dealers here in Phoenix. I got back responces from all three dealers that they all have at least one 06 Accord EX V6 6MT sedan with Navigation. Not in the color I wanted, but at least they had them, and all of them responded that I could get a car from them for $400 above invoice, or 27,400.

My ordered car won't be in for another 3 weeks, so how do I handle getting the dealer to match the prices quotes I have from the other 3 dealers?

If your other quotes are in writing....just haul 'em to the dealer. Most will match them.
