My mom's ex friend/boyfriend of 15 years has been working on one too. He's been wanting to use a Mazda....

He was so thrilled when he could actually discuss the science of it with someone! My prince. They got into quantum physics & all sorts of stuff that my eyes just glaze over hearing....

Problem I have with any sort of flying vehicle for the general public is safety.

Some people are so forgetful, and with the price of gas these days they'll run their tank down to E and make a crash landing...

Also, I don't think this idea will fly post 9-11.

I think safety and liability issues will keep these things permanently in the 'what if' category. Dammit.
