And it would be great if he can share the link where he bought those 8thGenInspire 02-01-2010, 05:57 PM he got these shipped from taiwan and had a shop install them... chuangandrew 02-01-2010, 05:59 PM lol, guess we'll need to open the service manual and hunt for it... @@ 8thGenInspire 02-01-2010, 06:02 PM the install is actually pretty difficult, you will need to take it to a shop. there is a motor in the mirrors that controls the folding. the inspire, like many BMWs and MBs here, have auto-fold in mirrors when the car is turned off - our USDM accord doesn't have this but you can still have a switch on the interior of the car to control the mirrors. chuangandrew 02-01-2010, 06:10 PM i think most people just want the LED signals on their mirrors. north america's got lotta space, it's hard to find a place where u need to fold in your mirrors driving/parking/etc. Asia (esp taiwan) is a crammed space. NOPE. then i broke down and bought the kind like Aiden. theyre bigger than oem too, and the mirrors themselves are kinda funny, like the magnification is off.. took some getting use to. i wired mine up to fold in when i lock the doors, and open when i turn on ignition. i like the look of miwoo's better. any more mods in the works, miwoo? I think the reason why your ebay mirrors' magnification is off is due to it being a RHD righ hand drive Accord, not the LHD ones we have in North America. That is quite dangerous if you have not 100% compensated/adjusted to them. miwoo's look better because they are the OEM Inspire mirrors. The ones you and Aiden got are aftermarket ones that look like the North American mirrors.
