Day/Night Mirror for 2004 Accord

I have 2004 Honda Accord EX. My deal with dealer was to included the day/night mirror, but they are saying there's no day/night mirror for the 2004 Honda Accord yet.

Anyone have any info or knows what i am suppost do.....

I think they are available now. I just bought my 2004 Accord LX a few days before Christmas and they offered me that as an option. I didn't buy it, but I took that to mean it was available now.
