 Where I work they have a big garage w/ a few empty bays, they let us use em' on the weekends and afterhours if we wanna work on our own vehicles, so, last night I go up there and figure I'll knock this out in an hour or 2, So here it is at 1:30 am and I finally get everything hooked up...blue ground effects now on the Accord. It kinda looks weird right now w/ the stock hubcaps on the wheels, but that'll change soon...I'll post pics ASAP! :)

If this is typed weird forgive me i just woke up :(

It may not our general definition of ground effects

but it may be considered Ground E-ffects to them; (like special lighting/effects)

(get it? ok good)

Back in the day they were called ground effects, then the whole body kits to make your car look lower got the name...I've heard the neons called, Ground Effects, Neons, Underglow, just about anything, above all they're just neons lol

BTW I used to have a VR-4, i miss her everyday...:(

so if I were to add curtains to the round about of the bottom of the car, wouldnt it look like its all the way to the ground when parked?

*then the name sideSKIRTS would come into play...oops

At least mah neons aren't leaking.......

I have curtains around the sides...they drop down when I push a button.

But yeah...some people do call side skirts ground effects though...imma stick w/ neons I guess....I actually need a fuse for them right now so they don't work anyways lol.

true, but my oil pan can take abuse, not shatter as glass would when a pebble hits it at highway speeds.....

btw, i think that home deopt is having a sale on neon lights this wknd.... you should check it out, buy them, then get them spray-painted.... :lmao:
