I was at Wal*mart and they had 5 quarts of Mobil One 0W-20 sitting there. I grabbed the last 5 because of what I read on here before. I was just about to allow Honda to change my oil, but maybe I will just do it myself now. I've never paid for an oil change before. If I took that oil to Honda for a service would they use that? If so would they still charge me their full price for the change?

Maybe, my dealer breaks down the cost of the oil, the filter, the crush washer, and the labor. If I recall the cost of the oil was about $8.

I'm not supposed to tell, but it's a conspiracy. Many Accordians, such as myself, are putting 5w30 in our Accords, but we are buying and hoarding as much 0w20 as possible. To create demand, we advocate 0w20 in forums such as this. This is strictly a short-term gambit, because folks are already finding out that 5w30 and 5w20 work superbly. However, if you act today, a limited amount of 0w20 may be available, depending on how badly you want it.

When I find leftover 0W20 I scarf it up......ALL of it! A truly superior oil for our cars that call for a 20 weight.

I was surprised to see it at wal*mart because I never saw it there before. As if they just got it in or something...unless it was in the stock room or something.

None of the Wal-Mart's I have been in the Kansas City area even have 5w-20 M1 much less 0W-20.

I still think it is made of unobtainium. :lmao: :lmao:

The tech that works on your car will pour it into their own bottles and dump bulk crap into your car

yeah I think what benjamming means is the high school kid that changes the oil. I guess I will just do it myself, like I have always done. I just found 1 more quart today at another wal*mart.

Do I need to go buy up 0-20 for you folks here? I went to buy 4 jugs of m1 5-20 and all I could find at wally world and local auto parts stores was 0-20. Still have money and no oil. But I have 6 m1 oil filters. :lmao:
