Trying to obtain a copy of the Technical Service Bulletin 03-037 dated 7/29/03. The subject is Structure - water leak in roof & pillars. I have a leak that "finally" got identified today as a leak in the roof potentially caused by sealant under the roof moulding strips (gutter strips). It has practically ruined my interior. The procedure from what I was able to see (dealer would not release) also calls for the replacement of the headliner.
Frustrated....

Thank you for the TSB. It is frustrating and kinda deceitful how manufacturers have the info and only WAIT until you have a problem to address it and that is only after and if the have the info.

Most dealers will share when asked. Honda sends the safety stuff & recalls directly to the owners. I think they just don't want to scare people that don't understand that the VIN # makes a difference. I'm surprised that the shop you were dealing with wouldn't share. Most I know staple a copy to the work order for the customer to keep. It's not secret info! If there's other '03 comcerns, I'll do may best to find it for you. Just let me know.....:)
