Just was wondering if you could put an aftermarket CD receiver in an Accord with the navigation system???

Gee, that's a tough one... The computer system of the Navi is intergrated with so many other things. It may be possible with losing several features like the way it turns down the volume to give you directions, or changing tracks/discs by voice command. I'd do LOTS of studying before attempting! You'd need the wiring diagrams. If it's just richer sound you're after most have found changing the speakers is enough.

Good luck!

I wouldn't recommend trying to mess with the receiver. The entire Navi and stereo unit are one piece I believe. Therefore, you'd have to find a place to store that additional CD receiver and again you might compromise the Navi's function. I think if you need anything in the audio department, keep the stock stuff and just add amps, subs, speakers, changers, the like. It would save you a lot of headache.
