Do those miracle engine lubricants do any harm? Stuff like DuraLube, ZMax, or whatever else there might be. I'm not so much concerned about any benefits that might come out of it, I figure it's so cheap that it's worth a try. I'm just worried about it blowing up my engine, then it wouldn't be worth it :) Anyone had any good results with stuff like that though?

You can research Duralube at Bobistheoilguy (http://theoildrop.server101.com/ubb/ultimatebb.php?ubb=forum;f=5) .
This link will bring you to the additive section of the site. Search for your favorite brew.
Lots of these people are chemical engineers, chemists and oil specialists. It's a neat site in a geeky kind of way. Lots of lubricant knowledgeable people over there. Duralube/Zmax is not held in high esteen over there.
