What I am curious about are spark plugs...which are the best ones on the market for my application? Would I gain from using a more expensive type of plug versus the OEM?

Also, can my braking be improved by switching the OEM fluid to a more expensive brand and if so, which one?

Your improvements would be minimal for both upgrades...I say that for the money, stick with OEM.

it comes with NGK Iridium plugs from the factory, so "OEM" plugs arent bad at all.

Thanks to all for your replies! I guess I'll go OEM.

It's time to have the brake system flushed and new fluid put in, that may improve braking assuming everything is up to par mechanically.

Agreed on the spark plugs, don't mess with success!

Hermann is right......figure about $12.00 each for the plugs.

I'm new to cars and accord. My care probably needs a tunr up too '03 I4@ 64k. What needs to be done for a tune up? or basicallly change everything that can be changed? I will probably take it to a dealer, just want to know what will be done for a tune up.

At only 64K there's nothing to do! You're fat city until around 100K.

Obviously oil & filter need to be changed at regular intervals.
