Hey ,
I wanted to know what are the best springs and shocks setup to use on my 02 Accord coupe? I do not want to go with coilovers because i do not want a stiiff or bouncy ride. I need something that will be good for a daily driver. By the way I will be using 19 inch wheels. Thanks.

Coilovers actually are the best option as the spring rates are matched to the struts. Also, with many coilovers the damping is adjustable.

Take a look at the Sustec Pro (http://www.tanabe-usa.com/coilovers/s-ocII.asp), which are very close to the stock ride and the Tein SS (http://www.tein.com/ss1damp.html) dampers, which are fully adjustable.

One other advantage to coilovers is that they are height adjustable as well. So you wont be stuck with one particular ride height.

And lastly, by going with 19's, you should know that will affect your ride quality big time...

Tein, Koni, H&R...those are some good brand names. I've never heard anyone who has those components complain about them, ever.
