I can't get the pic of my car to download on her for my avatar?

It says it isn't jpeg?

What a coincidence. I just added a pic for my Avatar and was looking for a message to reply to so I could test if it worked.

So I'm guessing that pic you have is a .jpg?

Another thing to check is that the pic is less than 150x150 resolution. When I tried to upload pics into a message, it gave me errors because they were too big. That might be happening to you but it's giving you the wrong error message.

Just a guess.
