Has anyone been able to use an iPod or something like the Dell DJ with the factory stereo on the Accord EX (6 disc model)?

I know there is no external input jack (mini-headphone style) on the front of the stereo as there are on some after market receivers, but I wonder if there might be a way to connect such a device otherwise?

Any help would be appreciated.

We had a Neo Jukebox in our Pilot for a while. You can get most connectors needed from Blitzsafe. We ended up taking the Jukebox out. CD's have better sound than MP3. Good luck!

Is there a connector somewhere behind the stereo? Did your device have the mini-headphone style jack?

Thanks for your help; I agree with you about the MP3 quality - I think you can encode at a higher rate to get around the problem - I do most of mine at 256 vs. the standard 128 kbps. This really rivals CD quality, though in a Bose-quality system I am sure you can tell the difference.

Thank you for your help!

no, there's not a jack. spliced it into the audio input from the CD changer
